Let me sincerely express my gratitude for the attention you paid to the IV International Forum of Public Diplomacy "Humanitarian Modernization in the Models of the Modern World Order" and the business forum "Time for New Solutions".
Following an extended meeting of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in the UAE and partners in the Gulf countries, it was decided to postpone the International Forums to late September - early October 2024:
"...Given the current unstable global environment and the reasons beyond our control regarding the necessary approvals for the hosting of the high-level international Forums, as well as the significance of these events and our desire to ensure a successful experience for all participants, we believe that the postponement of the Forums will have the desirable effect...".
The Organizing Committee expresses its hope for your participation in the Forums in late September-early October 2024 and further fruitful cooperation.
